Student Apartments offer more privacy and independent living than conventional dormitories.  Ideally located within walking distance of the main campus of Columbia Community College, it’s just a short walk to class, eliminating the need and cost of auto expenses, gas and insurance. Our units come furnished so  all you need are linens and cookware. Practice being a chef and save the cost of prepaid meals (which mostly go unused). Bring pots, pans, dishes and a microwave if you like. The rent includes all utilities including satellite TV, Internet plus a big screen HDTV with premium channels in the rec room. Large utility security deposits are not required at CSH. In an economy where every dollar counts, your dollar goes the farthest at California Student Housing.
